Amit,
This is pretty easy to do. You just need to include the path of the Javascript
file in your HTML template. For example:
<SCRIPT SRC="/javascript/myScript.lib"></SCRIPT>
In this case, the file for myScript.lib is located in the /javascript directory
under web document root directory.
