You have probably figured out what the problem was or found a workaround by
now. But in case you haven't, make sure you don't have "<form>" tags in
your HTML. I had a similar problem which was caused by the presence of
"<form>" tags which were inserted into our prototype HTML and not removed
when we were coding the actual application.
