I have an ND4.13 page with a repeated
within a repeated.
I would like the outer repeated to always
contain 10 rows (even if the database
doesn't contain that many), and the inner
repeated to always contain 5 rows for each
of the 10 outer rows.
How can I best insert rows into the
repeateds if the data does not exist?
