Can anyone help here, please. This is getting very frustrating...!
I have an Oracle package containing several procedures/functions.
I also have defined very basic stored Oracle procedures procedures for ND to access
via data objects. These stored procedures call the procedures within the package (and
it does work!).
However, if I choose to re-compile the package and it's body (e.g. after adding a
new, unrelated, procedure, without changing the existing procedures), then
when I
access the stored procedure via ND, it gives me execute errors.
Various combinations of re-boots, stop/start ND App. Server, re-compiling (after
removing
the .class/.ser files of the DO's and page) sometimes results in a fix.
However,
recently I have been unsuccessful with these processes - after about 2-3
hours!
I'm using ND 4.1 and Oracle 7.3.4.1.
Can anyone help???
