Could some one tell me if getting this error in  the Netscape web server log is
anything to be concerned about?

"...could not fork new process (Not enough space)...
...the CGI program /opt/hd/wsvr/nd41_docs/nd41_cgi-bin/ndCGI did not produce a
valid header
...broken pipe"

[I pasted the full details of this error below]

When this error  occurred about 5 users were concurrently running the ND4 app.
and 3 of them got the same generic error page:
Server Error
This server has encountered an internal error which prevents it from fulfilling
your request. The most likely cause is a
misconfiguration. Please ask the administrator to look for messages in the
server's error log.

It wasn't a show stopper--they were able to continue the session without getting
the error.

NOTE: This ND4 app runs on HP-UX and has a pure HTML front-end.

(program terminated without a valid CGI header. Check for core dump or other abn
