FYI: We have just finished testing multiple multi-machine and multi-partition scenarios. We know that JDK 1.1.8 was not tested, but we thought we would use it to try to resolve a weird reoccurring non-fatal CP worker exception. We have found that JDK 1.1.8 causes the Command Center to freeze if a slave cell is configured to use the plugin server and the web server is stopped on the slave. The master server is running the web server in this scenario. This is a two machine one partition configuration. Probably some memory leak in the plugin server, but who knows. I know 1.1.8 changed something with the garbage collector among other things. The scenario works fine with JDK 1.1.7A. The really quirky thing is that the freeze only occurs when selecting the web server element under the slave SM first. If you choose another element anywhere else and then choose the problem web server element, no problem. Very strange. There were no exceptions in the command console or log files. At this point it isn't worth anymore time, but I thought I would let ya'll know. -- Eric Garza Elite Information Systems [EMAIL PROTECTED] _________________________________________________________________________ For help in using, subscribing, and unsubscribing to the discussion forums, please go to: http://www.netdynamics.com/support/visitdevfor.html For dire need help, email: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
