I've seen this is ND 3 after I hand-edited the .spg files.
Have you edited the .spg files by hand?
Could be an error in the .spg files.

What is a Parse Error?
When I open my project, I get a parse error when trying to open a page.
This page at one time existed in my project but has been deleted.
When I hit ok, my project opens ok.
How do I get rid of this annoying error?
