When adding a CSpDBErrorRecoveryPlan, you can specify that you want the connection to the database to be reopened. Question: When the error condition is handled, are all connections for the data source to the same database closed (and then reopened as needed) or is only the specific connection that you are working with closed? The API seems to imply the first, but I would like to know with greater certainty.
