I have been seeing a lot of these messages in the last couple of weeks.
Mostly happens when I move new code from Dev to QA/Production. Don't know if
it has anything to do with frames.
The problem seems to happen when new class files are moved in while old .ser
files remain in the project directory or in memory.
Stopping the NetDynamics Server *from the control panel - Services *, doing
a 'del *.ser /s' at the project directory and restarting the ND server
always solved the problem for me. Restarting the ND Server from Command
Center hasn't always helped, so I guess the osagent is also a party to this
problem, which also gets restarted when you do it thru the control panel.
