This is one of those Back button issues.
Yada, yada, yada a user presses the Back button on the browser and gets:
Data Missing
This document resulted from a POST operation and has expired from the cache. If
you wish you can repost the form data to recreate the document by pressing the
the reload button.
This was working correctly before until the server was re-started. Is this a setting
option? It also causes the following error in the log:
