1.  You should call geWebVars and getWebEnvVars to get the total list of 
what is available.

2.  Did you look into the forwarding issue (or is there an issue) that I 
mentioned.  It's possible that your ?user=username is being dropped on 
redirect.  As I said, I really don't know, without more details.
