Hi Peter,
We've installed the patch MANY times. It's straight forward enough. I posted this
before but here's a summary.
Command Centre and Studio etc, need to be closed.
Make sure the ND SERVICES are stopped via Control Panel/Services
If you are using ndNSAPI then stop your Web Brower services also. Not sure
about IIS if you're using this. Might be better to stop this the IIS services anyway.
The web servers hold onto some ND files.
Unzip the service pack file directly to the /NetDynamics/NetDynamics40 directory.
If no files are in use the files should unzip with no problems.
Restart the SERVICES mentioned above and away you go!
