Hi to all,
By cliking on a button of one of our applets, the user can
choose an
image on his machine. Once thuis image is chosen, the image is copied by
FTP to
our WEB server, that is the same as the ND server. Then, the image is
displayed
by HTTP on the client applet.
It worked fine until now, but we haven't done so many tests by
modem.
the app server is now on sp2, this might explain this.
now, when we choose an image, this can work fine once, but the
second
time (or the very first time), the explorer is totally crashed, we can
only kill
the application with the Task Manager !
This happens during the display of the image by HTTP, I suppose.

These warnings, indicating the crash of the applet, do appear before
the
time out set in project, of 15 mins.
The Service Manager Time Out inactivity timeout (worker and
services) are
set to 360 000 msecs, which may be the critical moment reached. If this
is the
reasion of the problem, could you please tell me the consequences of
increasing
these values ?
