Dear Terrence, It is certainly possible to get values from an non-ND page into an ND page. In fact, it is quite simple. Our "best friend" Steve Imian (aka Steven Thompson, Michael Aspinal, and Alan Jones) seems to have very little actual knowledge about ND itself. In order to pass values from a non-ND page to an ND page, simply append them to the URL of the ND page. For example, you URL on your non-ND page to take you to your ND page might read: <A HREF="http://www.mycompany.com/pagMyNDPage?myVar1=value1&myVar2=value2> To retrieve these values in your ND page, use the CSpider.getWebVar() method: CSpInteger myInt = (CSpInteger)CSpider.getWebVar("myVar1"); Hope that helps, Beth ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Beth Elicia Finn Competitive Media Reporting Applications Developer 1385 Enterprise Drive [EMAIL PROTECTED] West Chester, PA 19380 http://www.cmr.com/ (610) 430-6404 "Steve Imian" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> on 12/12/99 04:26:25 PM Please respond to "Steve Imian" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] cc: (bcc: Beth Finn/CMR) Subject: Re: [ND5] How can a NON -ND page pass values to a ND page? Unfortunately, it's not possible. ND is proprietary technology so it is impossible to connect to it from non-ND pages.
