I am extremely new to ND and having a project thrown at me with problems is driving
me crazy. Basically, I am looking for tips on what to look to see why a server is
crashing. We are running ND 4.1.3 on Solaris 2.6 with Oracle 8.0.5. The machine
has 512 megs of RAM, but I am unaware at this time how the workers are set up as
the machine is at the client.
I have the log they sent me, 71 megs, which I am having a problem opening in LogViewer
I keep getting Java errors in the background window. When I open it it Wordpad I
can't tell what date the error occured on.
I apologize for the vaugeness but as I get more familiar ND, I hope my questions get
clearer.
