All i receive from ND5 is that url is
truncated in a page which is working
fine with ND4.1.2 when constructing my url
using javascript.

CaseID + "&**SPIDERSESSION_NVP**"
or
CaseID + "&" + escape(pgSeguimientoPerito.SPIDERSESSION.value)
