I looked into it an I think it is trucating the SPIDERSESSON. Is there a way
to fix this. Its within the 2k limit so whats going on? Is it browser, Web
server realted??

I would suspect that the SPIDERSESSION is getting truncated at some point.
It is imaginable that this could lead to
java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException on the String when ND tries to do
CSpPageSession.setFromHtmlValue.
I would suggest comaparing the SPIDERSESSION before and after and see if
they are identical
