1. I am assuming you have 125 copy of the cp clients running .
2. A general guide line is to have 1.5 times as many db clients as cp clients.
There is no absolute formulaes for this.
If you do not use transactions or most pages do not use transactions and have 2 db 
your numbers are very close to optimum.
