This indicates that a class uses or extends a class that was in the 
classpath of the development environment (assuming it compiled OK), but not 
in the classpath of the runtime environments.

If you turn on all levels of logging in the CP service, you should get some 
messages that indicate the context of the failure (e.g. which application 
object is being initialized or hit by a session), and then perhaps you will 
be able to figure out what's missing from the classpath.
