As far as I know if you have the mantenance contract
(which is about 15% yearly)
You will not have to pay any thing to upgrade to new versions.
Since iAS 6.0 is the upgrade path for ND 4.x and ND 5.x that should be the same.
Can someone from ND post the official wording in regard to this subject.

We currently have ND4 with a 25 User License and will be upgrading soon to ND5 with
an unlimited single CPU license. In the next 2 years will I have to pay alot more
money to keep this system running and current? If it costs too much I may be looking
a going to something like Coldfusion which is not as powerful as ND but at least
the price is fair and it has wide support.
