You need to make sure the CP Service correctly identifies the browser type and sets
the java applet CAB files correctly. You perform this in the command center and
select the CP Service, then select Browser Capabilities. Look at the existing
entries.
You may need to add a new identifier for IE 5 as ND4 doesn't recognize it out of
the box. Good luck.

Possible causes: If you are trying to use J/Direct (@dll.import), check your compiler
version (for JVC, requires 4336 or greater.) If you are trying to use RNI, there
