You need to explain what you want to do in more detail.
What do you need to do other then display the new window?
1. you said you want a new window and a button.
Why do you need a button?
Why not just open a new window and display static text with no button.
The user can always use the default function of the window to kill the new browser
window.
2. in href you can manipulate the "target" = new to load the next page in a new window.
3. you can also use a javascript to open a new window and load a page.
