1. It is a lot more complex to generate all the files required by a j2ee project then
a few jsp pages and/or servelet and/or ejb's.
imho if you do not have a tool which will generate everything for you it would be very
time consuming to do it manually.
2. In the beginning the only tool that will do that is iAb 6.0 (beta in March and
prduction release at the same time as iAS 6.0)(next version of NAB).
Visual Cafe will be next (April to June time frame).
Forte tool will not be available until summer.
You can use any tool to develop any jsp/servelet/ejb but none of those tool will
generate the configuration (xml) files for you.
You will have to run them through some utility program to generate them.
Then you have to combine the jsp/servelets into a WAR file and the ejb's into a jar
file.
Then you combine all those WAR files and JAR files into one EAR file.
We are looking at by passing ND 5.0.2 and go directly to iAS 6.0.
