Everyone,
We have been experiencing a problem on our production server that
is becoming an increasingly significant problem. We are running
ND 4.1.3 SP1 on a Sun Solaris 2.6 machine connecting to an
Informix 7.31 database.

We are experiencing 2 problems. The first is that we are getting
'Data Source Execute Exceptions' approximately 3-4 per hour, that
cause queries to fail. There is no specific data object or data
objects that cause the problem, it seems to affect all of them.

The second problem is much more serious. The NetDynamics
server continually logs the following error message into a file, filling
up the log and bringing the machine to a halt. The log files grow to
100+ meg and I have found no way to stop the logging and/or solve
the problem with this. The specific recurring log item is:

4340 03/27/00 at 09:44:42.578 Error
service.CNdWorkerMonitor SingleThreadedRdbmsService

NetDynamics support as been unable to determine the cause of
the problem. Has anyone else running on Solaris had this problem
or is aware of it? Does anyone have a solution? I have a small (~
4 meg log file) that has this problem occurring if anyone would like
to see it.

Thanks for your prompt replies,
