ok, applied (please note however that I've introduced alphabetical ordering
to the variable definitions - it's easier to find something).

as ipt_length has been committed to the kernel, we can easily add it to the
list of 'always-to-be-compiled' extensions in the makefile, just as you did
with the others above.

for ipv6 I suggest the same thing.

the .test stuff is mostly for things which are not going to be submitted to
the kernel.
