yes, I am aware of this. It's just like in pre-newnat times with ip_conntrack_ftp and ip_nat_ftp. You could load ip_nat_ftp without autoloading of ip_conntrack_ftp. To make the autoloading work, one has two options a) use respective configuration in modules.conf b) add a paragraph of code to the init() function of ip_conntrack_pptp and ip_nat_pptp which request the gre modules.
