you forgot to apply the 'submitted' patches before using the 'newnat' patch.

You know, there is a reason for having different repositories and dependencies.

Currently newnat13 only works for kernels > 2.4.19-preX where X is the
kernels which include arptables.

Solution is to add the arptables patch to patch-o-matic and make it apply
before 0-newnat13, which I have done.  However, there still seems to be
a problem. 

If anybody wants to have it solved: Please solve it yourself.  There
certainly are quite a lot of people on this mailinglist who know enough
about patch and patch-o-matic to work this out.   Hoewever, only a few
are able to work on the receltlty-discovered ICMP DNAT bug, so I will
concentrate on the latter.
