Hi all,

I am currently working on the netfilter.org example section and have a few questions,
mainly to the core team but to everyone else as well who feels like giving me his
thought on the matter.

I've currently worked out the main functions to show the example sections, scripts,
explanations etcetera etcetera. In other words, it "works", but I'll need to work out
some more checks etcetera.

My questions:

1. Does it matter if the example section does not conform to the rest of the site when
it comes to layout?

2. Should it be possible to read the "incoming" entries before they are checked by the
database maintainers(core team?)?

3. Will anyone get pissed off if I more or less scrap the scripts currently in the
examples directories? They look extremely good, but since they are written in perl and
considering what a lousy coder I am, they will most probably not work with what I
write :-). also, I don't know perl well enough to code in it myself, hence I feel a
bit uneasy about trying to conform to it.

4. Everything so far is written in BASH script CGI's. Will anyone in the core team
object to this? I could redo the code in C, but it would require quite some time on my
hands unfortunately...

Any kind of reply to this would be greatly appreciated, even a simple "fuck off, I'm
already working on it" ;).
