The rules you've put in to allow access to port 25 are in the INPUT chain.

In IPtables the INPUT chain is ONLY for packets destined for the firewall 
itself - not for packets being routed on to some other host (this is 
different from IPchains, and is a common mistake for people changing over 
from one to the other).

If you go back through your rules, and make sure that any which are supposed 
to be for packets going from one side of your firewall to the other are in 
the FORWARD chain, I think you'll get it working easily enough.
