There is also BW_Account, it's pretty customizable and fairly canned.
Generates net-o graphs a 'la MRTG.  Perl based and interfaces to mysql.

Wow!, you have hundreds of methods to track Bandwitdh usage :), I recommend
a few sites:

NTOP
MRTG
IPTRAF
http://www.taedium.net/rrd-iptraf/ To integrate RRD with iptraf
http://www.csl.sony.co.jp/person/kjc/kjc/software.html, some "traffic
shaping by TCP/UDP service" plotting tools

And of course RRD, you could integrate RRD (Round Robin Database, with graph
generation) with tools as TC, IPTraf or NTOP.
