well, i've been using various poptop versions with various linux kernel versions for quite some time :) > I am not sure what is causing this problem or if "GRE: Bad checksum from > pppd" is the terminating error. no, this is not the terminating error. May I ask you what kind of clients you are using? W2K is known to send a single frame with broken PPTP checksum within every connection setup. This frame is immediately retransmitted with the correct checksum afterwards. And btw: this is _totally_ off-topic for this mailinglist. -- Live long and prosper - Harald Welte / [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.gnumonks.org/ ============================================================================ GCS/E/IT d- s-: a-- C+++ UL++++$ P+++ L++++$ E--- W- N++ o?
