Not sure what you are trying to accomplish. Do you want info on how to create your very own Linux distribution? Or do you just want a Linux router on a floppy? For the latter you might consider fli4l - the on(e) disk router http://www.fli4l.de/e_index.htm (it's a German development, so some information might be available in German only, but most is in English, too).
