When using the controlling API to report the value of user-yes-or-no? ...
the user is presented with 3 buttons: yes, no, and halt. If they choose
halt then the value returned is an instance of org.nlogo.nvm.HaltException.
These questions come up before the model is run so I'm not sure what 'halt'
is suppose to mean and why it is there. I can't ignore the 'halt' unless I
assume that the halt button and the no button mean the same thing.
