I am forming teams based on area of interest ( dotnet / java and every group contains ( 10 members ). After forming forming groups I need to form them in small circular layout. Currently they are overlapping on each other.
More information : Manager works as group leader - based on his interest ( java / dotnet ) he combines with 9 more people( 1 - PL,2-TL, 4 Sr developers and 2 developers) to form team.
