Hello, I have a question that is a bit random... Has anyone been running NetLogo on clusters (successfully) and then run into the problem where when you go to submit the job, everything starts without problems but the java processes do not seem to do anything and, after an initial second or so of activity, become idle?
I understand that this problem is extremely niche, but we have a technical team here at my university trying to figure it out and I figure that a shot in the dark might come up with something. If not any thoughts are welcome. We're having a bit of an issue since we can't debug the code (unless anyone knows where I might do that as well).
