Uploading is now working again. Editing of personal profiles needs a
final fix. I'm going to go through other functionality later today, to
see what else is broken.
Please, *please* let me know if and when you know about problems. I
didn't see upload problems in the error log when I perused it earlier
today between other projects, but I obviously missed that, and feel
quite bad about it.
