That looks to me like a bug on our part, but... I think this is particular to the Windows version that you're running. The meaning of "/" in Windows has changed over time, and, judging by the styling of that window, it looks like you're running an older version of Windows. Is that Windows 95, or 98?

It would help to see the information listed in your "Help" => "About NetLogo" => "System".
