I'm trying to make my turtles move at different speeds according to the color of the patch they are in. I also want that movement rate to be on a slider so I can adjust the rate based on new data.
This is my code for patch color. to setup-grass-and-crop ask patches [ if pycor > -1 [set pcolor green]] ask patches [ if pycor < 1 [set pcolor red]] end to setup-water ask patches [ if pycor > -4 and pycor < 4 and pxcor > -4 and pxcor < 4 [set pcolor blue]] ask patches [ if pycor > 14 [set pcolor blue]] ask patches [ if pycor < -14 [set pcolor blue]] end I want one slider for movement rate through green and one through red. I'm at a loss for how to write this code. Any help through tutorials or similar coding is appreciated!
