Thank you for your hints. I have checked the Matlab-Netlog-extension, it is 
the opposite. With this extension, I can use Matlab in Netlogo. This is not 
helping me, and the behaviourspace as well because the time consuming. I 
want to use the PSO or GA in Matlab to optimise the model parameters, and I 
need to distribute this as well, then I can run  PSO in few hours and I 
hope getting good result. 
I have managed to run Netlogo from Java, but I need to run it from MatLab. 
I am using matlab for analysis as well, and Matlab has different PSO and GA 
packages.
