It's great that you're looking for help! This group focuses on NetLogo
development work on NetLogo itself, primarily around extensions, embedding,
and the controlling API. Your question will probably get more (and possibly
better) answers in another forum.

   - The netlogo-users yahoo group
   <https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/netlogo-users/info> is a great
place to post modeling questions. Be aware that the group is moderated, so
most messages don't go through until the next business day.
   - I see you have already posted a StackOverflow question

StackOverflow is a great forum for getting an answer to a specific question
   or problem
   - If you're in a university course, your professor or the course TAs can
offer you help specifically oriented toward your project and your needs
   - NetLogo comes with a tutorial
   <http://ccl.northwestern.edu/netlogo/docs/tutorial1.html> which
introduces the basic concepts and can help you get started with editing
   models
   - If you're looking for a textbook that introduces key concepts in
NetLogo, you might want to check out An Introduction to Agent-Based
   Modeling
   <https://mitpress.mit.edu/books/introduction-agent-based-modeling>,
available as an ebook (and/or paper book) from MIT Press
   - There are many other good resources listed on the NetLogo resources
   page <https://ccl.northwestern.edu/netlogo/resources.shtml>

Thanks!
