1. Stopping `loop` appears to terminate command line processing. E.g., `let _ct 0 loop [if (_ct = 10) [stop] set _ct (1 + _ct)] print _ct` will not print anything`. Is this expected/desired? (I.e., must the command be thought of as an "enclosing procedure"?)
2. Feature request: would it be possible to gray out `Tools ยป Halt` whenever no NetLogo code is being executed?
