The ILS has a specific function: to track online status and current IP
address and to supply the IP address to NetMeeting to allow call initiation.
It has no other purpose.

To have multi - point audio/video you need a Conference server ( well
strictly speaking only an MCU).
http://www.meetingbywire.com/ConferenceServers.htm has a survey of known
conference server products. The software tends to be expensive (sold on a
per seat basis -- $400++ per seat), require a fair amount of server
horsepower( if any sort of audio or video manipulation is done) and also
require fairly substantial bandwidth.
