[NetMeeting] H.323 Gateway

Is there anybody knows about the price range about the gateway implementation? In our company, we would like to develop H323 Telephony application just like NetMeeting, and we would like to have the ability to call regular telephony users. We know that we have to have some kind of H.323 gateway implementation in our network.
