Hi Ninad,
 Thanks for the help but you will be surprised to know that my problem was
solved by just changing the name of the exe that is given for Chat ie the
cb32.exe. So now I can suppress the chat/whiteboard windows and still two
other users calling my netmeeting can use their chat/whiteboards without
any problems. But there is still one more problem left. Can I suppress an
application window that is shared by someone else?
Please Help.
