Hello,
I'm trying to set up MSN Messenger behind my MS Proxy firewall so that I can
be notified when my Netmeeting contacts are online.
I opened the outgoing TCP port as specified in a MSN technical article,
however, it still doesn't work. Login fails due to there being no (apparent)
connection to the Internet.
Has anyone had any experience with this at all?
Can anyone lead me to an MSN discussion list?

Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately stardard NAT translation does not work for H.323 which
Netmeeting uses for audio/video -- the NAT must have a minimal H.323 proxy
to make it work -- there is no evidence that Winroute has this functionality
( other than one vague claim on their web page that they support NetMeeting)
