Hi, I am a NM newbie and am having a problem with the find someone screen/form. NM runs OK but when I click on the address book icon to display the ils screen NM finds the ils and displays the names, but then freezes and I I have to use task manager to end the NM session. I have AOL on my PC, but use another ISP (lineone.net) for netmeeting. Other people seem to see me as a call came through while I was trying to sort myself out. Also, I cannot get the help menu first item to produce help topics, or anything for that matter. Can anyone help ?
