I 'm a new Netmeeting user and I have encountered troubles to receive video.
I have a personal Internet connexion (via Onetel Australia) and I have used
Netmeeting to speak and see my friends in France. They managed to see and hear
me but I was just able to hear them. I was never able to click on the button to
obtain their video. I checked all the options under Tools/Options/Video and they
were saying that I could receive and send video.
We were able to share applications, to use the chat and the whiteboard.
Do you have an idea of what was the problem ?
By the way, my OS is Windows 2000 and I 'm using the Netmeeting version provided
by default (3.01).
