Your configuration should allow you to connect to an ILS server and make
outgoing calls (incoming will not be possible via the ILS -- I am assuming
your "access point" is a NAT of some kind).

Outgoing calls will be data only unless you are using the DMZ feature of
your router.

 Microsoft doesn't operate any ILS servers ( and hasn't since 1999) -- all
are 3rd party and offer sporadic service. http://www.netmeetinghq.com has a
server list of (mostly) operating servers.
