Port forwarding usually is not an option for NetMeeting unless the router has built in H.323 proxy(some older Linksys routers did have such a feature) -- in which case no configuration is required for outgoing calls and forwarding of tcp 1503 and tcp 1720 would allow incoming calls at the station ports were forwarded to.
