Port forwarding usually is not an option for NetMeeting unless the router
has built in H.323 proxy(some older Linksys routers did have such a feature)
-- in which case no configuration is required for outgoing calls and
forwarding of tcp 1503 and tcp 1720 would allow incoming calls at the
station ports were forwarded to.

NetMeeting function requires use of the dmz feature ( and a suitable
software firewall at the dmz host).

I have no idea what 1024 is for --not NetMeeting though.
