I am the moderator -- and the need has never come up.
I started this as a straight mailing list running on my mail server in the
late 90's. It evolved over the years to use Yahoo mainly because Yahoo
Groups supported mailing lists and was free (and I retired the mail server).
None of the other features of Groups was ever used or their use contemplated
(at least not by me).
